Air Conditioning:
The air-conditioning controller tablet is located on the wall at the top of the stairs. The Ezone app will already be open and set for your stay.
Please ensure all doors are closed, including any glass sliding doors when operating the air-conditioning. The units are pre-set on automatic mode and 24 degrees for your comfort.
Please adjust the temperature between 22 and 26 degrees to suit your needs, this will keep the air conditioner running in its most power efficient state and looking after our environment. The air-conditioning controller also has the ability to zone each room individually you will find this on the zone tab of the controller. Feel free to adjust each room to suit your needs. Tanya is the mother, maker and creative behind Botanist Aromatherapy. A boutique essential oil and selfcare brand that focuses on emotional support, empowerment, and self-love.
Her signature scent for essence can be found in our bathroom amenities, our hand and body wash, our body lotion and it is misted into each room by our housekeeping team each time a room is serviced. You can also smell it on arrival in our reception area.

Surfboards, boogie boards, other beach equipment and bicycles are to be stored in the house garage only. Please do not place these items in driveways or inside your home.
Outdoor Shower:
An outdoor shower is provided for your convenience. Please ensure beach sand is removed and you are dried off before entering your home.
Boats and Jet Skis:
For the peaceful enjoyment of all essence Peregian Beach guests boats and jet ski's are not permitted inside the property.
