In need of an intimate, thoughtfully designed space for an important meeting or private catered function? Our Brooke Louise room is a sophisticated space designed to impress.

Featuring a custom made table, comfortable seating for up to 16 people, high-speed wifi, a big screen television (75 inches) and the latest in AV technology with interactive programs that allow guests to log in from remote locations, this is the most stylish space on Sunshine Coast to meet.

Perfect for an off-site work meeting, conference, product launch, breakout area or any time you need an impressive space, the room can also be set up for an intimate executive dinner or special occasion with catering from our acclaimed on-site dining space, Outer Square.

This room has it's own private bathroom and ample room to set up presentations, displays or whatever your needs may be, as well as floor to ceiling windows that frame the Noosa National Park on our doorstep. It is also home to the four original artworks exclusively commissioned by essence of acclaimed Noosa artist, Emma Nancarrow.

Outer Square is the signature essence food and beverage location. Outer Square is a café, bar and restaurant open 7 days for breakfast and lunch and 3 nights for dinner. Showcasing all the best fresh local produce from the region, they have become a destination for discerning diners since 2021.

Their ethos is about delivering a truly unique dining experience with innovative dishes that push culinary boundaries. Try their take on a Bacon Benedict where you will find Organic Kenilworth eggs direct from a local farm served with thick-cut free range bacon from Noosa, pickled green tomatoes, house made hash browns and chipotle hollandaise. Or why not try their chilli scramble topped with Mooloolaba prawns, chorizo crumbs, guindillas and a house made chilli sauce?

If you’re after a great coffee, Outer Square takes their coffee seriously. Roasted exclusively for Outer Square by Clandestino Roasters in Noosaville, this essential signature blend can only be found at Outer Square and draws a crowd from around the coast who travel to taste it.

For dinner at Outer Square, you will enjoy a modern Australian menu with great atmosphere, they also have some inventive cocktails and local craft beer on tap worth trying, but a friendly reminder don’t forget to book!

If you don’t have the time or simply just want to sit and relax in your room then let Outer Square bring the food directly to you (limited menu applies).
