Open plan living at its best. The two-storey Marram has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a powder room, luxury kitchen, laundry and study as well as a spacious outdoor covered patio with bbq, outdoor shower and double car garage.

The fully equipped kitchen has ample stone-top bench space, quality Miele appliances and is packed with all you need to make catering for family or friends a breeze.

Downstairs is dedicated to luxury resort-style living with quality indoor and outdoor settings for six, a breakfast bench, big screen TV, a large overstuffed couch with chaise and a marble coffee table. Here you will also find all the practical things to make your holiday flow, such as a laundry with washer and dryer, a powder room and study/zoom room.

Upstairs is the master suite with comfy king bed, walk through robe and ensuite featuring a double basin and large shower. Two additional bedrooms are also upstairs, both have king beds that convert to singles along with the main bathroom with full-sized bathtub and shower.

All bathrooms have locally-sourced aromatherapy amenities in our essence signature scent.

Marram has been exquisitely appointed with original and exclusive artworks from acclaimed local artists and finished with designer touches such as feather cushions in designer linens and hand-crafted lamps made exclusively for essence. It's going the extra distance in our finishing touches that make essence a unique holiday experience like no other.

Outside, you will enjoy a fully landscaped exclusive use garden, well-manicured common gardens and private key access to the resort's pool area, complete with luxury daybeds for exclusive use of in-house guests only.
