Saltbush is the jewel in the crown of essence. The opulent and spacious Saltbush is our largest home, positioned on an elevated allotment and featuring lavishly-appointed designer touches and so much light-filled room to luxuriate in!

With five bedrooms, two master suites, two indoor living areas, two covered outdoor areas and an extra emphasis on airflow and natural light, the Saltbush will ensure your next big family get together will be the one everyone will remember for a lifetime.

The Saltbush design features a large living room on the lower level with a five-seater chaise lounge, comfy leather chairs, breakout spaces with oversized rattan chairs and marble coffee tables throughout, a dining seating for eight, stone-bench top kitchen with Miele appliances, big screen TV and a breakfast bar with leather stools.

Here you will also find two covered outdoor entertaining patios, one with a gas BBQ and outdoor table for 10, the other with sun loungers to lie back, relax and take in the great outdoors. The first master suite is on this level, with king bed and ensuite as well as a laundry, powder room, outdoor shower and double car garage.

Head upstairs for four more bedrooms, each with king beds. The second master suite features a walk-in robe, ensuite with double sinks and your own private Juliette balcony. Three more bedrooms in the upstairs area have king beds, two that can be converted to singles, two of the bedrooms share access to another balcony that makes for the perfect spot to take in the incredible views of the sunset. Also on this level is a large bathroom with full-sized bathtub and a TV room with comfy leather chairs and a big screen TV.

Outside, you will enjoy a fully landscaped exclusive use garden, well-manicured common gardens and private key access to the resort's pool area, complete with luxury daybeds for exclusive use of in-house guests only.
